A home sleep test (HST) offers a convenient, comfortable, and affordable way to evaluate your sleep from the privacy of your own bedroom — no overnight clinic visit required. By sleeping in your normal environment, you get accurate results that help our team identify issues like sleep apnea and recommend the right treatment for you.

Initial Telehealth

Patient is emailed a link to their 1st telehealth appointment with our medical provider.

The telehealth visit will cover an overview of the patient’s symptoms.

After the call, a home sleep test is ordered and shipped to the patient.
Home Sleep Test

Patient receives an estimate of their HST costs.

The HST is delivered to the patient’s home.

We call the patient to review the HST instructions and answer questions.

Patient conducts the HST.

Patient ships the completed HST in pre-paid packaging.

Our lab receives the completed HST and completes an analysis and results.
Follow-up Telehealth

Patient is emailed a link to their 2nd telehealth appointment.

The telehealth visit will cover a review of the HST results.

If the medical provider believes the patient is a candidate for oral appliance therapy, they will discuss the treatment plan with the patient.
Billing & Costs

Our lab bills the patient’s insurance for both telehealth appointments and the HST.

We provide the patient with a breakdown of expected costs for the oral appliance.

Our medical provider orders the oral appliance.

We schedule a date with the patient for in-office pick-up of the oral appliance.
