We are honored to serve our veterans and be a part of the Community Care network. If you are diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and are unable to sleep with a CPAP mask, we are here to help.
If you have veteran benefits, you can use them for an oral device to treat your OSA at our practice.
Contact your VA primary care or sleep physician to provide a referral through Care in the Community. You can also reach out to our office with questions.
